Scheduled Workflows

We’re excited to roll out scheduled workflows. Now any workflow you build in Serval can run automatically on a schedule - every day, every week, or every minute.

We're already seeing great use cases for scheduled workflows. Here are a few of our favorites:

• Send weekly Slack reminders for open help desk tickets

• Auto-close stale issues

• Clear out privileged access groups in Okta

• Check for MDM devices that haven’t checked in for a while

You can build scheduled workflows in the same way you build other workflows - just describe your workflow and desired schedule in natural language and Serval does the rest.
