Analytics, Public API, and Serval for Serval Automations

We're excited to share some major updates to Serval. Here’s a quick rundown:

1. Enhanced Reporting

Our updated reporting capabilities provide greater visibility into how Serval delivers value across your help desk. These insights enable you to measure key metrics (like AI deflection rate), track TTR and performance trends, and identify areas for process improvement.

2. Public API

We have released our public API to help you integrate Serval data into any third-party tool or data lake. This allows you to create custom analytics pipelines, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain a single source of truth for all your ITSM data.

3. Serval for Serval

Serval can now automate workflows within its own platform. For instance, you can configure workflows to automatically close stale tickets, label tickets, or send reminders for open issues. Now you can build automations for complex internal processes using simple natural language instructions.
