Serval Team Spotlight: Kaz Hishida

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Kaz Hishida, who joined Serval as a Founding Engineer last year. Just like many of us on the team, Kaz is a Verkada alum, and he wasted no time building out our ticketing platform from scratch, including features like Slack form support, AI inference, and more.

Now, Kaz is hard at work on something even bigger—stay tuned for an upcoming announcement!

A fun fact about Kaz: he picked up Jiu Jitsu while living in Costa Rica last year. When he’s not grappling with IT tickets, you can find him on the mat at the local gym.
