No more hunting down approval notifications or switching tools. Now you can approve or deny any workflow or access request directly in the Slack thread—simply respond with “Approved” or “Deny” and Serval handles the rest.

When a request gets escalated to a human, Serval’s AI automatically captures the resolution steps and suggests updates for your knowledge base. That way, next time a similar request comes in, it’s fully automated—saving even more time for your IT team.
3. Version Control for Workflows & Docs
You can now restore previous versions of your automation workflows or knowledge base articles with a single click. It’s your safety net for experimenting with improvements while ensuring you can always revert back if needed.
