Here’s a look at the subtle (but super useful) new features we’re rolling out:

1. Automatic Ticket Titles

Tired of unhelpful, vague ticket titles? Serval’s AI now generates ticket titles based on the request details, so all issues have accurate and descriptive titles.

2. Auto-Updated Ticket Status

We see that time-to-resolve stats and breached SLAs often come from resolved issues left "In Progress." Our AI reads the conversation, understands progress and workflows completed, and updates the ticket status automatically. When it's done, it's Done. And you can customize and add statuses with your descriptions to ensure the AI is following your standards and practices.

3. AI-Driven Ticket Priorities

Urgent or low priority? Serval now figures that out for you. By understanding the context of each request, our AI assigns priority so that the most important tasks rise to the top of your queue. Combined with SLA rules, this also helps ensure your team stays focused on the most important tasks.
