How It Works

Serval Insights takes in your historical ticket data—from both Serval and third-party sources—and breaks it down into categories and subcategories. With a quick drill-down, you can view example tickets in each category to see exactly what’s triggering the bulk of your support requests.

Armed with these insights, you can use Serval’s workflow builder to permanently automate your recurring issues, reducing manual workload and freeing your team to tackle bigger challenges.
